What is the quality of Children’s Montessori material?

Do I need to register to place an order?
No, you don't have to. You can either place an order online as a guest or a registered customer. However, if you register with us, you can do a quick check out on future orders.

Is the information I provide at checkout secure?
The security of our customer’s information is a top priority at Children’s Montessori Shop. All information given to Children’s Montessori Shop is kept for internal use only. We do not share, sell, or release to our customer information to any third parties. All customer's credit card details will be removed after payments have been successfully completed.
How will I be notified of any out-of-stock items?
Upon checkout you will only be able to purchase the items that are in stock. Once the stock is available it will appear on the website as available to purchase. We update our stock inventory as soon as the items reach our warehouse. You can also email our customer service for more detail.
Do you ship the items to PO Box?
NO, Items will be shipped to street address.
How much do your charge for Shipment?
All orders will be processed and dispatched to the street address as provided by you within one business day after the payment has been cleared by the bank. However, please allow 5-7 days depending on stock availability of some of the items. A delay of up to 4-6 weeks may be expected if items are on our back-order list from our overseas suppliers.
We at CMS engage with several courier companies to give our customers the best and the lowest postage rates. At the time of checkout, the cost of shipping to your nominated street address will be charged to your invoice. The shipping cost will be based on the weight, size and destination postcode of the package.
Do you ship internationally?
No, at this stage we only ship Australia wide.
What is your Return & Refund Policy?
At Children’s Montessori Shop we work hard in providing our customers with the highest level of customer service and premium Quality Montessori Material. If however you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return it to us as per the instructions below.
An item can be returned within 14 days of the item's shipped date and is in its original packaging. Before an item is to be returned, please contact CMS customer service via email. Once the item is approved for return, it may be exchanged, refunded to your bank account or credit card.
If your item was damaged or incomplete when received, please notify us immediately by email quoting your invoice number and reason for the return of the item. All items must be returned in their original resalable condition and packaging.
We will arrange for the return and freight cost of damaged or unsatisfactory items and arrange replacements where applicable.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
At Children’s Montessori Shop, we try our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Your order may be shipped out on the same day or the following business day once the payment has reflected in CMS’s account. Please email us to change quantities or cancel an item in your order if your order has not been processed. Any order processed and shipped, cannot be changed, or cancelled.
How do I track my order status?
Once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification that contains tracking information of your order.
If you registered with us before the order was placed, you may check your order status by logging in to your account and under your order history you will be able track your orders.
You may also contact CMS customer service via email at sales@childrensmontessorishop.com to find out your tracking number.
Do you accept local pick up at your company?
There is no local pickup facility available at our warehouse in Melbourne. All orders are shipped via the fastest and most affordable shipping rates.
Do you offer free shipping?
YES, Shipping is free on orders over $300.
How do I create an account?

2) Then simply follow the page to complete your details to set up your account.

How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
I forgot my password. How do I reset my Password?
You can click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. In the Sign-In box, you will see a text "Lost your password", if you click on that, it will bring you to a page where you can enter your registered email. An email that contains a link will be sent your email. Clicking the link inside the email will change your forgotten password to a new permanent password. Once, you have access to your account, please go to your profile and update your account with a new password.
Please note: If you cannot log in will the emailed password, that means you did not create an account using the same email.
I received the incorrect product.
It is recommended for customers to check products as soon as they receive them. We are unable to accept any returns or exchange wrong products after received later than 14 days. If you received the wrong product, please report to us immediately.
What type of payment do you accept?
Children’s Montessori Shop accepts the following payment methods:

All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the
card-issuing bank. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an
address other than your billing address may require additional verification. Children’s
Montessori Shop reserves the right to contact you by email or telephone to
request additional identification. We may reject orders if the verification
fails. IMPORTANT: It is a crime to use someone else's credit card without their
permission. If you use a credit card fraudulently to pay for products at this
site, we will forward information to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Can I pay with a Gift card?
No gift cards will be accepted on the CMS website.
Is the amount charged in AUD and GST included in the price?
Yes, we charge our customers in AUD and GST is included in the price and will appear on the checkout.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once the shopping checkout is completed, and an invoice will be sent to your email.
